  • You agree to take part in an hour of power call for 60 minutes.
  • The call will take place via video call (Zoom).
  • You take full responsibility for the accuracy, legality and compliance of any information provided to Emma Lovell
  • There is a ‘no refund’ policy. Obviously, this is subject to Consumer Law. If there are any issues with this service, please contact via email to [email protected]. We would like the opportunity to work with you in relation to your issues, whatever they may be.
  • With the exceptions provided by Consumer Law, a client may not cancel this service that they have purchased. Emma Lovell has a finite capacity in relation to the services that it can provide, and requires payment in order to cover the opportunity cost associated with the cancellation.
  • This service will not commence until these terms and conditions have been agreed by ticking the box above.
  • Upfront payment will be paid before the hour of power call can be booked.
